Dr Oluwakemi Adejare

Dr Oluwakemi Adejare is a highly dedicated Consultant Community Paediatrician who specialises in providing comprehensive care for children and young people. With a focus on neurodevelopmental conditions, she is committed to supporting families and ensuring that children with complex needs receive the highest standard of medical attention. Her clinical practice is characterised by a compassionate, patient-centred approach that aims to help every child reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, Dr Adejare has developed a strong clinical focus in Paediatric Neurodisability. She has particular expertise in managing conditions such as Autism, Epilepsy, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as other complex disabilities. She regularly conducts specialised clinics, including multiagency autism diagnostic assessments, paediatric epilepsy clinics, and dedicated ADHD sessions. Additionally, she is actively involved in safeguarding children, performing detailed medical assessments and providing expert medical testimony to support child welfare.

Dr Adejare completed her medical degree (MBChB) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University's College of Medicine in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. To further her expertise, she pursued postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom, earning a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of London. She completed extensive specialist training in Paediatrics across several leading medical units in London. Dr Adejare is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) and has been awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH).
