We had such a fantastic experience and can’t thank Dr Felicity enough for her support and guidance during a very anxious time for our family. Our 5 day old baby, Emmie, needed a scan for a lump, and naturally we were extremely worried. We were unable to get the help required but Dr Felicity took time to make a referral and get us the support and guidance required. The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. Dr Felicity took time to listen to our concerns, acted with speed and managed to find a doctor who could do the scan within the same week. This would have been a challenge as not many can scan babies this young. The waiting time on the NHS was 12 weeks and we just couldn’t wait that long. The doctor who carried out the scan on Dr Felicity’s recommendation was incredibly reassuring and explained clearly that there was nothing to be concerned about. Thankfully, the lump has now completely disappeared. The relief we felt was immense, it meant my husband could truly enjoy his paternity leave, and I was finally able to relax and sleep without constant worry. We’re so grateful for the kindness and care we were shown. Dr Felicity followed up with us to share the results and offer support to understand the results. We’ve already shared Dr Felicity’s details with family and friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing support. Although we hope not to need Dr Felicity’s support in the future we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her in a heartbeat moving forward. Just exceptional. Thank you again for everything.

Dr Felicity is an exceptional paediatrician. From the very first appointment, she was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to carefully listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Her reassuring approach immediately puts me at ease, which means a lot as a mother. What I appreciate most is how attentive and detailed Dr Felicity is during consultations. She never rushes and always makes sure all questions are answered. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and wants best outcomes for the children she treats. I would highly recommend Dr Felicity to any parent!

Felicity has been absolutely amazing with our 18month old Son. After around 10 visits to the Doctors and still no improvement in his symptoms we went to see Felicity for a specialist opinion. She diagnosed him with PBB immediately and has been brilliant with helping us on our path to recovery. I would recommend Felicity to anyone :)

Dr Felicity saw my son in clinic and she put him at ease right from the start. She explained things in a way he could understand. We both felt at ease and the consultation went smoothly as a result. Dr. felicity put myself and children at ease from the moment we saw her, she was so clear in explaining things in a child friendly manor, she carried out a much wider range of checks that we had ever had with previous doctors and her aftercare has also been incredible. We feel very lucky to have found Dr. Felicity and would happily and already have recommended her to many friends and family .

Felicity was absolutely fantastic - I can’t sing her praises enough! She listened, asked loads of questions and examined my baby thoroughly in the appointment, which is much more than can be said for the other doctors we had visited. I couldn’t recommend her enough if you need peace of mind or help with a diagnosis.

As previously mentioned Dr Taylor had a wonderfully friendly & engaging demeanour with my daughter which made the appointment a pleasure, not a chore
