Root Canal Treatment

This is an exceptional practice. I have had consistently skilled, professional and kind care from Grace. The Practice responds the same day in an emergency, with each of the team providing the same level
Of care and support. Reception staff are well organised and welcoming. The hygienist is superb. All together a fabulous team. 

After my treatment, I made an appointment for my next visit. I was asked to pay a £10 deposit. I explained that I paid monthly for my treatment, I have been a patient for nearly forty years and that I had never missed an appointment. The receptionist insisted that the deposit was to discourage patients skipping appointments and would be deducted from the cost of my next treatment. This doesn’t make sense. My next treatment may not have any costs attached, since I am already paying on a monthly plan.
Over the last few years my problem has been getting an appointment, not skipping them. I don’t remember getting any refunds during periods of non-treatment.
If a policy like this is being introduced patients should surely be informed in advance. The girl in front of me was charged a deposit of £60, which I doubt she was expecting. I don’t even know now what my plan does or does not cover.
I will be looking for a new dentist as soon as possible.

If you can when getting roots taken out if i need any more extractions i certainly will ask for Dr Maitlri Jamieson
