Despite my bad language and frustrations over what I believed to be incompetent consultants in Aintree's urology department who made my life really difficult I appreciated your explanation as to the simple cause of my problems. 

I just would have liked to hear your views on their behaviour because they never brought up the frenulum or part-circumcision as a problem for pain or discomfort during cleaning or sex. I don't know whether to raise a complaint about either of them really.
