Mr Alexander was extremely good, he assessed my situation and explained my condition in terms that I could understand. He discussed the plan to correct my eye condition, making clear what options were available to help me make an informed decision. He then took time to discuss what would happen during surgery and helped put my mind at ease over the procedure to be used. Thank you
