Mr Liam Stapleton is professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring with patients. He gives clear details of health problems and treatment plans, covering injections, partial nail removals, and custom insoles. Patients praise his careful checks and ultrasound use for foot problems. Many visit him for general foot pain and ingrown toenails.
Description of problem was listened to and solutions offered in a clear but non-patronising explanation
The whole experience with Mr. Stapleton was good. Of course there was some pain but that was to be expected and it was bearable. Cannot fault KIMs hospital in any way. It is early days yet as it was only a few hours ago, fingers crossed it will solve the problem of the ingrowing toenails.
Professional, knowledgeable a no rush consultancy. All aspects of treatment explained.
Pleasure meeting Liam who explained very clearly after examination possible causes for my condition. Assessment is ongoing with bloods being taken and results are awaited.
KIMS Hospital is easy to find, plenty of parking. The check in at reception was fuss free and efficient. A really pleasant environment.
Mr Stapleton from outset was clear and gave informed outcomes during the duration of the consultation. Mr Stapleton gave me time to explain my concerns and gave acknowledgement to this. During my consultation today I felt that ease and considered
I had attended to have a lump reviewed on my toe which Liam scanned and has subsequently referred to a surgical colleague. I was also suffering with an Achilles issue which Liam assessed and recommended some non invasive treatment. Overall very happy with his consultation and follow up treatment recommendations
I have worked alongside Mr Stapleton in the private sector now for 9 years. He is without doubt, one of the leading specialist in sports podiatry in the UK His ability to put patients at ease, communication skills, diagnostic ability and range of interventional procedures are all first-class.
