Mr Jamie Griffiths shows a professional, clear, and reassuring manner with patients. He provides detailed explanations for procedures like hip replacement, total knee replacement, and arthroscopy. Patients report excellent outcomes with less pain and improved mobility, allowing return to active lives. Hip replacement, hip surgery, and osteoarthritis are common topics within patient feedback.
My latest visit which was a follow up appointment with Mr Jamie Griffiths, was carried out in a friendly but professional manner. Mr Griffiths laid out where he expected me to be as far as my recovery was concerned and asked me to consider my thoughts on how close I was in comparison. I was pleased to report that I was completely pain free although I agreed that my operated leg was still a little weak. I was assured that this was normal and as I return to normal activities again the situation will improve.
I have had excellent service from Mr Griffiths and have recommended him to a number of people who I believe are currently in his care.
Everything went so well from being diagnosed to coming out of hospital following the operation - all within a 4 week period. Everything was fully explained and only being in hospital 1 night was a bonus. Was a bit dubious about not being put out for the operation but should not have worried everyone was brilliant and I was chatting to my husband within 2 hours of having the operation. Hopefully I will not need another hip replacement but if I did Mr Griffithswould be top of my list.
Parking was a nightmare, and took me 15 minutes of driving round the car park waiting for a space to open up. Everything else went brilliantly, and I have no feedback.
Following a fall, I had a liquid-like swelling (collection) on my thigh. Jamie’s initial diagnosis was confirmed by an MRi, and communicated via a telephone call as agreed. All steps of the process through to discharge were impeccable. Jamie was professional, courteous, confident, efficient and reassuring.
Easy booking and check in. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments available. Jamie was welcoming as always and I was confident and comfortable with our discussion and outcome.
Have had a great experience and am thankful to Mr Griffiths and his team for the care that they have provided.
My total knee replacement has been life-changing. I cannot thank Mr Jamie Griffiths enough. His expertise, patient care and for detailing the whole procedure have been excellent. I had my follow up appointment today and have been signed off. Thank you
I highly recommend Mr Griffiths. He's very professional in his approach and clearly explained the issue and his prognosis.
Jamie took great care in explaining the various options to alleviate my hip pain. The decision was made to have a total hip replacement and Jamie then gave details of what to expect and risks associated with the procedure. During the consultations, pre operation, operation and post operation I felt that Jamie listened to my concerns and gave me excellent reassurance. Outstanding success: I’m now eight months since the replacement and hip pain completely gone. I now hike 12 miles, at least once a week, without any discomfort. Key to recovery was listening (and acting on) the advice given for post operation exercises.
