Very thorough consultation in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

Very well organised beforehand so that I was clearly aware of what to expect from my TURP and what choices I had such as Local or general aenaethestic. Recovery also straightforward and teh nurses of my aftercare were knowledgeable and profession. My only complaint would be the time between entry to my room and the actual going to surgery - some 5 hours. meaning a lot of waiting around and fasting for around 14 hours, But this was perhaps a minor complaint.

Mr White was highly professional throughout my consultation, providing clear reassurance and demonstrating considerable expertise. He was thorough, approachable, and took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed.
