My experience was fine - my appointment was on time and both Mr White and the nurse were helpful.

I saw Mr Christopher White only once for first appointment and discussion of my problems which were dealt with quickly, although had a long wait last year to learn the results of MDT discussion. Further scan this year which resulted in a further for an MDT decision which came through more quickly.

I had experienced a somewhat confused and worrying diagnosis from a GP in the NHS, regarding my symptoms. My wife and I searched for a second opinion and found Mr White had the qualifications and experience that matched our requirements. Our choice was correct. Mr White had prepared well for my appointment and had all my details displayed on his laptop, ready for his questions. His questioning was precise, yet gentle, as was his physical examination. The conclusions he was able to make were, for me, very concise and reassuring. They made sense to me and for once my wife did not have any questions! (I always take my wife to these appointments, as she knows what questions to ask.) I came away from the appointment much happier than I went in. I was reassured to know that if there is a recurrence of my trouble, I will be able to contact Mr White, who will have my details to hand and will not waste time in solving any problems out next time. Thank you Mr White.

Mr White was thorough and professional. He then explained my condition, my options, and the likely outcomes. By the end of the consultation, I felt reassured that I understood my condition well. Mr White also put my mind at rest that my condition hadn't worsened and that my current medication protocol was currently the best option for me. I cannot fault Mr White's professionalism and approach to patient care.
