The whole process was run very smoothly, I was informed and very well looked after.

My experience with Mr Jack Broadhurst was great as my consultant/Surgeon, everything was explained very clearly before and after the op. My only comment regarding the care team after the op was that in the change over of nurses on the care team, there was confusion and conflicting things said re after care. Great hospital and very clean and welcoming, overall good experience.

My whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Everything was explained to me including that I need to think about procedure as was going to be extremely painful which it was short term, but amazing results now. It has improved my quality of life as was suffering with so much pain . I never felt embarrassed at any point bearing in mind where the procedure was and would recommend having the procedure done . I was given lots of information what to expect and aftercare advice and a number to call if needed. Jack secretary too was so helpful and caring during the process before and after.
