Dr. Robin Hart

Mr Robin Hart is an experienced Psychotherapist based in London. He has a particular interest in treating patients with anxiety disorders and depression, family and relationship problems. He also specialises in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for anxiety and panic attacks, depression, phobias, post-traumatic stress, sleep problems, anger issues and sexual or relationship issues.

Mr Hart graduated from London University with an MSc degree in Cognitive & Behavioural Psychotherapy and an MA degree in Psychoanalytic, Anthropological and Cultural Studies. Following this, he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Doctoral research investigating treatments for anxiety disorders and depression. In 1997 Mr Hart joined the Forensic Psychology team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, working clinically and researching the efficacy of treatment on the prison population. In 2002 he returned to primary care practice.

He is registered and accredited with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy, the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. He is a supervisor to fellow clinicians and is regularly invited to speak at international conference on mental health and the psychology of creativity.
