Mr Carver is passionate about achieving excellent results in Cosmetic Surgery. However, safety is foremost in his mind, minimizing risk so that your recovery is smooth and predictable.

With 20 years' experience he has performed more than 8000 procedures to date. This vast practical knowledge includes more than 500 facelifts, 800 rhinoplasties, 900 blepharoplasties, 750 abdominoplasties, 450 breast reductions, 830 breast uplifts, 2600 breast augmentations and 450 liposuction cases. Other procedures include upper arm and inner thigh reduction.

He will want you to be very precise about the features you want to change and the appearance you want achieve. He will provide an honest assessment of whether your goals are achievable or indeed desirable. However, he is mindful that a refusal to undertake surgery is sometimes the best course.

Academic Background:

Mr Carver obtained his Medical Degree at Imperial College London. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) and has a Masters' Degree in Surgery following 2 years of research in the treatment of burns' victims.
He was appointed as Consultant Plastic Surgeon at St Bart and The Royal London Hospitals in 1996 and lead the department until 2005.
His Private Practice as a Cosmetic Surgeon has covered Hertfordshire and Essex since 1997. He has built-up a wealth of experience and produces cosmetic surgery outcomes of a high standard.
He performs about 300 cosmetic surgery procedures a year

Professional Memberships:

He is on the GMC Specialist register as a Plastic Surgeon and is a member of the two recognised Plastic Surgery professional associations BAPRAS and BAAPS. Mr Carver is also one of the few Certified Cosmetic Surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons on England.
