Mr Mofid Ibraheim

Mr Mofid Ibraheim is an experienced Consultant Gynaecologist and Consultant Urogynaecologist specialising in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. He provides comprehensive clinical evaluations, bespoke treatment pathways, and reassuring care for women facing pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary symptoms, and general gynaecological concerns. Emphasising a compassionate, patient-centred approach, Mr Ibraheim delivers both non-surgical management and advanced surgical interventions designed to improve quality of life and restore comfort.

Mr Ibraheim qualified in medicine after completing his medical degree (MB BCh) at Ain Shams University in 1982. He subsequently undertook extensive specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology across London and Sheffield, attaining the Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP). He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) and an active member of both the British Society of Urogynaecology and the International Urogynaecology Association. Dedicated to medical education and clinical advancement, he serves as an examiner for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and works as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer.

In clinical practice, Mr Ibraheim focuses on complex urogynaecology, female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, and cosmetic gynaecology. His clinical interests encompass the management of vaginal prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, bladder pain syndrome, and voiding disorders. He offers a broad array of specialised interventions, including labiaplasty, vaginal and perineal reshaping, bladder instillation therapies, laser treatments for stress urinary incontinence and genitourinary syndrome of menopause, as well as BOTOX administration for vaginismus, vaginal pain, and bladder urgency.
