On first meeting with Mr Sullivan I had an idea in my mind as to the type of operation which would suit me. Mr Sullivan explained precisely why this type of procedure would not be suitable and exactly what he would do as an alternative. He was at all times courteous, patient and very informative throughout our first discussion. 
I again met with Mr Sullivan, both prior to my operation, following the procedure and again 6 weeks later.
His patient and informative demeanour never altered throughout our meetings.
