Mr Louis Lau

Mr Louis Lau is a Consultant Vascular  Surgeon in the Belfast Heath and Social Care Trust And the Ulster Independent Clinic.

Mr Lau graduated from Queen's University of Belfast in 1990. He completed his surgical training in Northern Ireland and spent a year as a fellow at the Mayo Clinic , USA. In 2000, he received his MD from Queen's University of Belfast. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Mr Lau has a special interest in aortic aneurysm surgery and is the clinical lead of the NI Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Programme. He also specialises in managemenof diabetic foot disease and  minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins.
