Excellent, explained straight talking manner and carry out the procedure quickly and successfully. Definitely recommend.
Operation and recovery went well, the anesthetist was also very helful in explaining the choice of procedures. Dr Chapple also referred me to a heart specialist prior to my hernia operation which led to essential heart surgery which otherwise may not have been detected.
First time I have used my PMI and the experience at Thornbury and it was outstanding. Mr Chapple was very clear on the issue and the subsequent procedures to address the medical problem Also special mention for Kerry his Secretary who was most helpful too

Mr Chapple diagnosed my issue within seconds and gave me the option of a procedure to relieve my pain. The procedure was arranged within minutes and I was in the theatre within the hour. I was not expecting to undergo minor surgery upon my visit to see Mr. Chapple however, the process was effortless and the results were almost instantaneous. The explanation on recovery was clear, concise and practically to the letter. I cannot thank Mr Chapple and the staff at BMI Thornbury enough.
