Mr chapple was amazing from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and pain and gave me thorough advice of what I can and can’t do before the operation and after the operation. He was very accommodating aswell as I had an issue in my personal life that would affect the surgery date and he did all he could to help me which is going above and beyond care and I can’t thank him enough for this. He has a calming voice and extensive knowledge within his field which put me at ease from the moment I walked in for the initial consultation. He described thoroughly what he would need to do to repair my hernia which put any anxiety and stress about the procedure to bed. I knew straight away I was in capable hands and knew i would get exceptional care from him, and I did. This followed through to the surgery aswell. Mr Chapple has carried out an Inguinal hernia repair in January and the result has been excellent. His explanation of the procedure was clear and the surgery very satisfactory. The scar has healed very well and after 10 weeks I am unaware of the gauze reinforcement in my abdomen. I am, after several years of discomfort, back to normal and very grateful for Mr Chapple's skill.
