From start to finish Mr Jonathan Broome had great bedside manner. I felt heard regarding my health concerns, and Doctor Broome provided me a clear plan of action. I'm personally quite averse to taking medicine/hormonal medication if not required 100%. Doctor Broome took a diet/lifestyle approach with me, which I really appreciated. He provided the right amount of information and was open to any questions I had. Very pleased, will come back if I have any other issues. But hopefully, I won't have to do that.

Explained everything clearly, and once I got into surgery everything went smoothly. The only issue I had was the lack of information and update on the day due to a delay with my surgery. No one kept me updated as to what was going on and I found the ward nurse was dismissive of me when I asked for an update
