Dr Gardner really takes the time to listen to your concerns and helps you to formulate a plan, with detailed information, to deal with the plan.
A recent follow up consultation determined surgery was required, this was organised efficiently and the operation completed without incident. My recovery is underway as explained and I consider myself to have been listened to and looked after very well.
