My experience was extremely good. Mr Gardner listened and clearly explained and gave answers to any questions I had. He was also extremely informative and made everything very clear.

Listened to me and asked appropriate questions. Was kind and understanding. Explained everything thoroughly. Made me feel like a person rather than a medical issue.

Appointment was to clarify conflicting advice from NHS consultants. Mr Gardner was extremely personable , explained everything clearly and offered advice and options - very knowledgeable and provided research references to view at leisure.

Mr Gardner was juggling a lot during my consultation however, I didn't feel rushed. Mr Gardner asked me questions about my situation and why I was in attendance. He listened to me with kindness and respect. This made me feel heard and understood. Together we came up with what I feel is the right treatment for me at this stage of my life - a Hysterectomy (I had already had this in mind before my arrival) He explained his reasoning for the surgery (and i explained mine) and what will be removed and how my life will potentially improve. I left feeling empowered with the knowledge of what was going to happen and why.

Mr Gardner took the time to understand my problem in detail and give a full and thorough explanation and plan for my treatment.

I felt very relaxed and at ease advising the issues I have been having. All my options were advised and explained and concluded within one consultation which was amazing .

Mr Gardiner was very kind and professional. He reassured me and explained everything to me in detail.

Fantastic in all regards, could not fault the whole process from the time we spoke to his secretary Helen who arranged an urgent appointment to the consultation with Mr Gardner. Highly recommended.
