Mr Darren Clark

Mr Clark was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Hereford County Hospital in 2004 and has been in private practice at Hereford Nuffield Hospital since then. He specialises in the treatment of knee and hip problems performing over 150 joint replacements a year.

Treatments offered by Mr Clark include Total Knee Replacement,partial knee replacement, Revison Knee Replacement. Total Hip Replacement, Revision Hip Replacement, knee arthroscopy and knee ligament reconstruction. Mr Clark also performs therapeutic injections using steroids and viscosupplementation(joint lubricant). Mr Clark also offers Autologous Conditioned Plasma injections for appropriateknee conditions

Mr Clark gained his medical qualification in 1991 from the University of Birmingham. He has research interest in uncemented knee and hip replacements.He is a member of The British Medical Association and is a fellow of the British Orthopaedic Association and the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Outside of the hospital, Mr Clark enjoys walking,shooting,fishing and watching rugby and cricket.
