Mr Zammit specialises in all aspects of breast concerns, dealing with benign and cancer conditions of the breast including screen detected problems. All cases needing surgery are discussed at a multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting to ensure optimal management.

Mr. Zammit also performs thyroid and parathyroid surgery to high standard with data submitted to national audit reflecting this high standard. Bloods during parathyroid surgery are taken to ensure completeness of resection.

Mr Zammit is passionate about teaching and is the college tutor for Brighton and Sussex NHS Universities Trust and Honorary Lecturer at Brighton and Sussex Medical School.

In addition to his practice, has completed an MA in Medical Education in 2013, furthering his knowledge in the field of teaching. He is also active in the field of research, and publishes research related to his specialties on a yearly basis.

Outside of his busy work, Mr Zammit enjoys gardening and when on holiday, snorkelling and fishing.
