Dr Moby Joseph is a dedicated Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist who provides compassionate, patient-centred care for individuals with digestive health and liver conditions. He takes a thorough, evidence-based approach to clinical care, working closely with patients to ensure clear communication and reassuring support from diagnosis through to long-term management.

His clinical interests span the full spectrum of digestive diseases, with significant focus on complex liver disorders and gut health. Dr Joseph regularly manages conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, and alcohol-related liver conditions. He is skilled in performing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and non-invasive FibroScan liver assessments.

Dr Joseph completed his medical training to earn his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree before undertaking higher specialist training in gastroenterology and general internal medicine. He holds prestigious professional qualifications and memberships, including Member of the Royal College of Physicians in Gastroenterology (MRCP Gastroenterology) and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP UK).
