Dr Lisa Long

Dr Lisa Long is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides comprehensive medical care for women and birthing parents throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, she supports individuals through uncomplicated pregnancies as well as complex medical journeys. Her clinical practice focuses on ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of both parent and child through every phase of maternity care.

Dr Long earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Manchester in 2002. She subsequently completed her post-graduate specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and achieved membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). Her comprehensive medical education and specialist training provide a strong foundation for her expertise in maternal healthcare.

Her primary areas of clinical focus centre on maternal medicine and high-risk pregnancy management. Dr Long has particular expertise in caring for patients with diabetes in pregnancy, liver conditions during gestation, and multiple pregnancies. Working closely alongside multidisciplinary teams, she delivers tailored antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, ensuring each patient receives personalised and informed support.
