Dr Kugajeevan Vigneswaran

Dr Kugajeevan Vigneswaran is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Reproductive Medicine Specialist. Dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, he supports women and couples navigating fertility challenges, menstrual disorders, and complex reproductive health issues. His clinical approach combines advanced medical expertise with an empathetic, patient-centred mindset, ensuring each individual receives a tailored treatment plan aligned with their personal circumstances and goals.

Dr Vigneswaran completed his medical degree (MBBS) at St George's, University of London, qualifying in 2008. He subsequently undertook extensive specialist clinical training in obstetrics and gynaecology, developing expertise across the full spectrum of women's reproductive health. He is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and has undertaken postgraduate research focusing on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and the reduction of miscarriage risks.

In his clinical practice, Dr Vigneswaran focuses on assisted reproductive technology, including in vitro fertilisation (IVF), ovulation induction, and oocyte maturation protocols. His expertise encompasses the diagnosis and management of conditions impacting female fertility, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, endometrial polyps, and premature ovarian insufficiency, alongside hormone replacement therapy and menopause management.
