Dr Kobika Sritharan

Dr Kobika Sritharan is a dedicated Clinical Oncologist who provides comprehensive, patient-focused care in the treatment of various forms of cancer. She is deeply committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to the individual needs of each patient. Working alongside multi-disciplinary medical teams, Dr Sritharan ensures that every individual receives a holistic and personalised treatment plan designed to optimise therapeutic outcomes while supporting patient well-being throughout their oncology journey.

Her clinical practice encompasses advanced techniques in radiation oncology, with a particular focus on uro-oncology and acute oncology. Dr Sritharan possesses specialised expertise in innovative radiation technologies, including magnetic resonance image-guided radiotherapy (MRIgRT), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and adaptive radiation therapy. Her clinical interests centre on the management of urological cancers, particularly prostate cancer, as well as the precise targeting of complex tumour sites to minimise treatment side effects and improve therapeutic accuracy.

Dr Sritharan completed her medical education, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. She subsequently attained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR). In her role as a Clinical Research Fellow, Dr Sritharan actively contributes to clinical trials and academic research, helping to drive advancements in precision radiotherapy and clinical oncology practice.
