Diagnosis: L5-S1 Disc Herniation (Paracentral Protrusion & Extrusion) cause of Sciatica. Treatment: S1 Root Nerve Steroid Injection & Caudal Epidural, followed by a Laminotomy & Microdiscectomy. Mr. Divani is a very amiable & personable human being. From the offset I found it very easy to connect with him and knew that being under his care was the right decision for me. He was clear, concise and directional about his diagnosis & treatment plan, and showed genuine care throughout. Ive been suffering with a slipped disc in the right L4 L5 region with intense sciatica pain. I was in a really bad way when I came to see Mr Divani and was really nervous, anxious and scared about having the steroid injection and possible surgery. I get very nervous in medical/surgical environments and have previous had panic attacks during other procedures and giving blood. Anyway, I'd like to say how amazing the care was I received, how lovely the doctors, nurses and anesthetists were and really put my nerves at ease.
