Mr Subramanian gained his MBBS from Imperial College London. He trained in the prestigious UCL & Middlesex orthopaedic rotation and was awarded a scholarship to do his MSc in musculoskeletal science at Oxford University.

His expertise and genuine care for his patients really shine through. I’m extremely pleased with the care I’ve received and the progress I’ve made following my surgery. The care received was excellent from the first appointment, throughout surgery and hospital stay and aftercare.
Excellent l was shown my image every thing was explained to me that was a hip replacement I would advise anyone who has the same problem to go to the spire.
My whole experience was great. I was terrified before my surgery but was made to feel at ease throughout. My follow up appointment went well and all information was given to me before I was discharged. I couldn't rate my experience any higher.
After suffering months of discomfort and pain in my knee joint, I can’t thank Paddy enough for his pleasant manner and skill in carrying out the necessary surgery. At last with physio I can walk again without the constant pain. Enomous thanks to the wonderful staff who cared for me.
This was my final consultation with Dr Paddy. He was professional, could see the funny side of of my conversation and really responsive. He confirmed that the next time he sees me is if the other hip needs doing. Otherwise to continue my exercises and keep an eye on weight. He was really impressed with the scar and its neatness!
Paddy was really clear with all the information he gave both in the initial consultation and also leading up to the operation Saw him 7 weeks later for check and again very thorough with checks and info regarding progress I am now discharged and feeling really good
