Dr Katherine Bohanan is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who specialises in providing comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and young people. With a focus on General Paediatrics and Acute Paediatrics, she is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Dr Bohanan serves as a clinical lead in high dependency and assessment units, ensuring that young patients receiving urgent or complex care are managed with the utmost expertise and compassion.

Throughout her career, Dr Bohanan has developed a wide range of clinical interests, including the assessment of the crying child, paediatric respiratory illnesses, and the management of thyroid disorders in children with Down syndrome. Her dedication to advancing paediatric medicine is further demonstrated by her active involvement in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
