Unfortunately I had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen. This was disappointing as I had changed the time of my appointment in response to a request from the Oaks. The staff were very pleasant as was Dr Tang. No problem there. The waiting area was too small and cramped.
We are pleased that your overall experience of the clinic was positive. We apologise for the wait time which unfortunately was in the hands of the consultant. This can happen from time to time but we are sorry you were effected by this. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and thank you again for using Wellbeing Clinic.
