Kate Hardy

Kate Hardy is a dedicated physiotherapy professional with a strong background in sport and exercise therapy. She completed her BSc in Sport and Exercise Therapy in 2016, followed by an MSc in the same field in 2018, both from Leeds Beckett University. These have provided her with a deep understanding of human movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques.

Since 2018, Kate has been practicing at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where she currently works as a Senior Physiotherapy Assistant in the Prosthetics Department at Seacroft Hospital. In this role, she supports patients who are adapting to prosthetic limbs, providing hands-on rehabilitation, exercise guidance, and patient education to help them regain mobility and independence.

Kate is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improving their overall quality of life. She combines her academic training with practical experience to deliver tailored, evidence-based support to each individual, ensuring they feel confident and empowered throughout their recovery.
