About Mr James Pacey

I’d been struggling with persistent shoulder pain for over six months. In just the first session, James was able to pinpoint the root cause and significantly improve my range of motion while reducing the pain. Through manual therapy and a tailored exercise plan, I’ve been able to return to pressing movements in the gym and get back to performing in my sport. James is very knowledgable, friendly and seems genuinely passionate about helping people through physiotherapy. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Processes of elimination got us to the problem and exercises (if not overdone) stared to ease things
