I have had an excellent experience here at Delamere, the care and attention given to guests is exceptional, as are the bespoke group sessions, mentor and therapy sessions. Delamere life has improved since my last visit, the introduction of ‘fun Saturdays’, time offsite and questionnaire’s are a welcome addition. It is a shame that friends/relatives are only able to access the meeting for family support on the ‘family day’ and not on the ‘offsite Sunday’s’ that follow, I understand there is an issue in relation to the number of people onsite at any one time, therefore, maybe a presentation that could be emailed out could be an easy solution.

As previously mentioned the health and safety in the kitchen is high risk. Food is being prepared and clients are walking in and out of the kitchen. I'm not aware that any of the kitchen drawers are locked so could be a self harm risk. Medical dispensers aren't sterilized after use and are used multiple times across multiple clients.

My daughter went to see Dr Anthony for depression and anxiety, she had seen numerous doctors in the past and each time she still felt the same, no one seemed to be able to help her. She found Dr Anthony's details on the internet and went for an initial consultation. This consultation was just what she needed, Dr Anthony was professional, patient, understanding, everything you would want a Doctor to be when you have a young woman feeling so sad and anxious about life.

I would also like to commend his secretary, who as the first point of contact was very professional, understanding and efficient
