My experience with Dr Sandwell was truly exceptional. I was nervous but she listened to me very carefully and quickly has put me at ease. She was very attentive to my needs and explained brilliantly and concisely how they could be addressed giving me different options. As we ran out of time she has offered to see me the same day after all her scheduled appointments to make a scan. She was also very prompt and helpful in scheduling a necessary follow up procedure. She has even found the time in her busy schedule to answer a set of questions I've send to her in meantime. All of this has made me feel in a good pair of professional hands. It is a rare experience when the doctor is ready to go extra mile to help a vulnerable patient.

Dr Jo is an exceptionally kind, compassionate doctor. Unlike a lot of people who work in this field, she is very human in her approach and understands that patients might have difficulty emotionally with what is a really sensitive thing to talk about. She is also ridiculously skilled and has an intricate knowledge of gynaecology and especially endometriosis. She listened to me, took loads of time and made me feel like she really cared about getting the best outcome for me. If I need any further help I will without a doubt be back. Highly recommended!
