Very happy with consultation. Information imparted was clear and Mr Gallagher made it clear that I could see him again if there were any issues.
I was seen more or less on time, and greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I was listened to, and pertinent questions to elicit further information were asked. I was told I should be offered a date for my procedure almost immediately, so far I have not heard anything.

Very positive appointment with Mr Gallagher. He was professional, knowledgeable and took his time to explain the available options clearly which helped me feel informed and confident about the next steps.
Very efficient but not rushed, had time for me to ask questions which were answered unhurried.
I received excellent treatment and care from all of the team at the Nuffield Hospital.. On the day of admission Mr Gallagher explained the procedure followed by the anesthetist and Physiotherapist who all clearly explained their roles. Nursing staff were friendly ,kind respectful with a good sense of humour!
