Mr Jonathan Hannay is a Consultant General Surgeon and Surgical Oncologist. Originally from Scotland, Mr Hannay studied medicine in Glasgow.
Mr Hannay then moved to the USA to carry out cancer research for several years. Mr Hannay has been involved in church engagement with local churches wherever he has lived. Alongside this educational work, he has helped support mission hospitals in Sub-Saharan Africa and Zambia in particular. His annual visits to Zambia involve preaching and teaching at churches on invitation, and providing medical support to mission hospitals in rural areas.
