From my first consultation, conversations before and after my knee replacement, Mr Allen made me feel relaxed and comfortable regarding the proposed operation. He was friendly, professional, had an excellent bedside manner, and I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Kept the information simple, kept me calm and reassured me that everything would go the way it was planned. Kept his word and kept in contact via phone and email which was impressive. At 51 years old to be told you need a full hip replacement was a shock however Mark gave me back a basic human function and replaced my hip joint the way he said he would. The whole process was as easy as ordering a cheese burger from McDonalds. 7 weeks on and I'm almost back to normal ahead of schedule. Thank you Mark, top man Great surgeon
