Dr Indrani Banerjee

Dr Indrani Banerjee is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who specialises in community child health and neurodevelopmental paediatrics. With a compassionate and patient-centred approach, she is committed to supporting children, young people, and their families through comprehensive clinical care. Her practice focuses on diagnosing and managing a wide range of complex neurodevelopmental and physical conditions, ensuring that every child receives personalised support tailored to their unique developmental needs.

Throughout her career, Dr Banerjee has developed significant expertise in managing chronic paediatric conditions, conducting detailed developmental assessments, and addressing neonatal health issues. She has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Additionally, she is highly skilled in the case management of children with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). Her clinical work also encompasses complex epilepsy management and safeguarding children, where she has served as a Named Doctor for Safeguarding Children.
