Dr Hussain Amin

Dr Hussain Amin is a highly skilled Consultant Radiologist who provides expert diagnostic assessment across a broad range of conditions. With a strong clinical background, he combines advanced imaging techniques with a thorough, patient-centred approach to ensure accurate diagnoses. Dr Amin specialises in breast, oncological, and general imaging, utilising his unique clinical perspective to interpret complex scans and guide patient care.

Before specialising in radiology, Dr Amin completed core surgical training and gained valuable experience in urological surgery. This dual background in both surgery and radiology provides him with a distinctive clinical perspective, allowing him to interpret imaging within a broader surgical and diagnostic context. His comprehensive breast imaging practice covers all major modalities, including mammography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT) scans. He is also highly proficient in performing a full range of image-guided procedures, such as ultrasound-guided biopsies, fluid drainage, and vacuum-assisted excisions.

Dr Amin qualified from Imperial College London School of Medicine in 2012, obtaining his medical degree alongside a Bachelor of Science. He went on to achieve Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2015, followed by his Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists after completing his specialist training within the London Deanery. Committed to medical education, he serves as an accredited Educational Supervisor and a medical examiner, actively training the next generation of Specialist Registrars in breast imaging.
