Dr Haydar Bolat

Dr. Haydar Bolat is a distinguished General Practitioner with a primary affiliation to My Health & Wellbeing Clinic.

His academic journey began at the University of Southampton’s School of Medicine, where he completed his pre-clinical medicine studies from 2005 to 2008. Demonstrating academic excellence, he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Queen Mary University of London in 2011, earning a Distinction in Clinical Practice.

Dr. Bolat’s pursuit of specialized knowledge led him to UCLA in the United States, where he enhanced his skills in clinical cardiac electrophysiology the same year. Prior to this, in 2009, he delved into Cardiac Intensive Care at Dokuz Eylul University, broadening his expertise in critical cardiac care.

In 2016, Dr. Bolat achieved a significant milestone by earning his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in London, specializing in Family Medicine. This accomplishment marked his official specialization in the field, underpinning his role as a family physician.

Dr. Bolat’s extensive clinical experience spans over a decade at the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, where he has served in various departments including A&E, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Psychiatry. His tenure in Urgent Care for six years further underscores his versatile clinical skills and dedication to immediate patient care.

Since February 2021, Dr. Bolat has led a private Clinic London, focusing on family medicine and offering comprehensive healthcare services. His commitment to the medical profession is also evident in his role as a Commissioner in the NHS, where he has contributed to the development of healthcare policies aimed at improving patient care and outcomes.

Completing the General Practice Vocational Training Scheme (Specialist Trainee 1-3) in London from 2013 to 2016, Dr. Bolat has solidified his foundation in general practice, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and patient-centered care. His multifaceted career reflects a profound dedication to healthcare, marked by significant contributions to both clinical practice and medical leadership.
