Dr Romi Ahluwalia

Dr Romi Ahluwalia is a private GP with 20 years of experience spanning the UK and Australia. Having practised across two countries, she has cared for patients from various walks of life and different cultures, an experience she considers priceless in general practice.

During her time in Perth, Western Australia, Dr Ahluwalia owned and ran her own general practice clinic alongside six brilliant and like-minded GPs, allied health practitioners and a very close-knit team. The practice proudly held training practice status, mentoring the next generation of GPs.

Dr Ahluwalia has fond memories of her time in Perth and is happy that her team have become lifelong friends, and many of her patients lifelong connections.

She strongly believes that general practice done well means seeing the whole person, not just a single symptom.

Her practice encompasses the care of patients across all stages of life, including children, families, adults with acute or long term health conditions and preventive health care.

Dr Ahluwalia provides comprehensive women's health care covering contraception, sexual health, antenatal care and menopause. She is also experienced in the fitting and
removal of contraceptive coils and implants.
