Dr Hannah Shore

Dr Hannah Shore is a Consultant Neonatologist who specialises in Paediatrics, with a particular focus on Neonatal Medicine. As an experienced Consultant in Neonatal Medicine, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to newborn infants, including premature babies and those requiring complex level-3 neonatal support. Dr Shore works closely with families and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive medical management during the crucial early stages of a child's life.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr Shore maintains a strong focus on patient safety, clinical education, and healthcare quality improvement. She serves as a Lead for Simulation and Technology Enhanced Learning, organising and facilitating hands-on simulation training for multidisciplinary medical teams. Through her leadership in implementing proactive safety measures, such as ward-based safety huddles, she actively works to optimise clinical communication, enhance situational awareness, and improve outcomes for newborn patients.

Dr Shore completed her primary medical education, graduating with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degrees, and subsequently earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) postgraduate degree. She is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH), reflecting her adherence to the highest professional standards and ongoing commitment to advancing paediatric and neonatal care.
