Miss Georgette Oni

Miss Georgette Oni is one of a small number of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons in the UK who are dual-qualified in breast cancer surgery. Miss Oni provides cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Miss Oni's PhD research was undertaken in the highly regarded plastic surgery unit at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, USA. The author of over 50 publications and book chapters, Miss Oni has also delivered numerous national and international presentations.

A Lady Estelle Wolfson Emerging Leader Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS Eng), Miss Oni was more recently an Aesthetic Society (formerly American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, ASAPS) International Fellow. Miss Oni is a passionate advocate for training and is the current British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) representative on the national Oncoplastic Breast Technical Innovation Group (TIG) committee. A mentor to aspiring surgeons, they are also a passionate health advocate.

Miss Oni qualified in 2002 from the University of Leicester. They are a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), the Association of Breast Surgery and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
