I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.

Top-quality care. Gabriele has helped me with a six-month long case of chronic tennis elbow in just over 5 weeks. From the first consultation, he immediately understood my injury and sought to alleviate not only the symptoms, but the root causes too. Using a range of therapy including deep tissue massage, cupping and acupuncture, plus really great at-home stretches and exercises, each week has seen a marked improvement to my injury and a return to normal life. Gabriele Giordano is brilliant. I had damaged my hip through poor running technique. Gabs diagnosed the problem and supported me resolving the pain, allowing me to complete a half-marathon. Fully recommended!

Gabriele was great. I've been having hip and shoulder issues for a while now and Gabriele was able to resolve these almost immediately. His knowledge is second to none and he taught me some dynamic stretches that were very helpful!

His deep tissue massages are fantastic but I remain loyal to his acupuncture work, which has had the best results on me.
