Having contracted COVID-19, which subsequently led to the development of long COVID, I underwent weekly Perrin Technique sessions with Rakhee for several months. I am now delighted to report that I have fully resumed working without experiencing any symptoms. I feel just as healthy as I did before my battle with COVID-19. I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.
