He is committed to deliver the highest standards of care through Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, operating from Better’s City clinic. Using a battery of tests and assessments, all key markers of recovery will be tracked throughout the course of treatment.

I have been having sessions over the last few months to help with chronic head and neck pain. Jacob has provided acupuncture and soft tissue work which is providing great relief. His holistic approach is something that I really value, he provides a safe space and is a genuinely lovely person. Overall, his clinical work is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone.

I’m training for an trail marathon and having been working with Yaad at Pure St Paul’s for soft tissue therapy to help me with recovery and injury prevention. He takes time to really understand what I’m looking to get out of each session, and is an excellent therapist. It has been a great investment and one that I’m sure will be a major part of getting me through the run!

I’ve been visiting Yaad for over 2.5 years for acupuncture and soft tissue therapy. He’s super focused on my overall well-being and provides me with a high level of care. He has a great demeanour - relaxed and informal but he certainly knows his stuff.

I sought Yaad's help to combat some fairly severe headaches that I'd been experiencing, and from the opening minutes of our initial session, I knew I was (literally) in great hands. Following a thorough physical assessment and a detailed discussion about my symptoms, situation and lifestyle, Yaad formulated and clearly communicated a treatment plan which included acupuncture, soft tissue therapy and breathing, then got to work. And I'm pleased to report that we've made nothing but progress since. He's also been absolutely brilliant at helping me manage all the little day-to-day muscular/mobility niggles that come from being an active bloke in his early 40s. I can fully recommend his services without hesitation.

He has been particularly effective with some of my most difficult cases, often where patients have previously had bad experiences or not felt listened to. Yaad always assesses the person, not the condition/diagnosis, and in so doing leaves no stone unturned in his efforts to find a successful outcome for them. Utilising a range of techniques and interventions he is able to offer bespoke solutions to individual patients problems, aiming to optimise health, not just resolve an acute or chronic issue. I highly recommend him.
