Ms Manzo was extremely pleasant. She listened to my concerns, was very thorough and explained everything clearly.

Ms Manzo was immediately welcoming and reassuring, she listened and understood me, she suggested a course of action and made me feel that I have finally been heard.

I've been suffering with a broad range of symptoms that could be related to possible endometriosis. For the first time, after years of appointments, I felt understood and heard, and Miss Manzo did not disregard any of my symptoms. Everything was explained to me in a clear manner, and a plan was created with both of our inputs and concerns.

It was an excellent experience. All the staff were so kind and helpful, and the consultation was very reassuring. Miss Manzo answered all my questions and was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend her to other women.

Dr Manzo is very thorough and compassionate and she was lovely to talk to. Her secretary Steph has been fabulous throughout dealing with any queries I have had.

Ms Manzo was professional and sympathetic at all times, she has a very natural and calming approach to patient communication, she is respectful, warm and friendly. I found her responsive approach to neuro-diversity refreshing too. No question left unanswered, I was fully informed at all times, which makes a huge difference to me. What really stood out was how much effort she put into accommodating my needs and making sure everything went smoothly and that I was listened to and communicated with. She genuinely went above and beyond, and it made a huge difference. I’ve never recovered so well or so quickly from any operation before, and I’m certain that’s down to the quality of her care.

I rate my experience highly. I feel that everything was explained to me clearly and in the language I could understand. My consultant was very approachable and friendly. Her expertise made me trust her completely and reduced stress. Everybody was professional and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend.

As always I feel so well supported with Ms Manzo, she is very professional, always takes the time to explain things clearly and I feel heard and valid in my questions and my symptoms taken seriously.
