I rate my experience highly. I feel that everything was explained to me clearly and in the language I could understand. My consultant was very approachable and friendly. Her expertise made me trust her completely and reduced stress. Everybody was professional and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend.

As always I feel so well supported with Ms Manzo, she is very professional, always takes the time to explain things clearly and I feel heard and valid in my questions and my symptoms taken seriously.

Ms Manzo is amazing. I had my appointment today and because of travel issues i was very late for my appointment so expected i would have to cancel. I went there really late and Ms Manzo managed to still see me and find time for me. And this was very important to me. She is calm, she explains everything, she does a very thorough exam, listens to my concerns and takes the time to listen to me. She is very clear in potential issues and next steps. Above all, today she was really there for me because i was a mess and she took the time not only to see me in a very busy day but spend the time to make sure my concerns were addressed. She is the best and I am grateful.
