Ms Erika Gati-Howe

Ms Erika Gati-Howe is a highly dedicated Integrative Psychotherapist who provides comprehensive mental health support to adult individuals. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, tailoring care to the unique needs, background, and personal goals of each client. Ms Gati-Howe creates a compassionate, non-judgemental, and empowering therapeutic environment where individuals can safely explore complex emotional challenges, build resilience, and foster sustainable psychological well-being.

Ms Gati-Howe earned her Master of Arts in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Middlesex University in 2019, following her completion of a Diploma in Integrative Counselling at The Minster Centre in 2017. To further broaden her therapeutic capabilities, she completed advanced clinical training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) in 2021. She maintains professional accreditation as a Registered Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and holds active memberships with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the EMDR Association UK.

In her practice, Ms Gati-Howe supports clients experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, as well as those managing life transitions, workplace stress, grief, identity questions, and relationship difficulties. She holds a specialised clinical focus on trauma recovery and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), working with individuals who have encountered early childhood adversity, domestic violence, or abuse.
