Dr Jessica Valentine is a HCPC Registered and Chartered Counselling Psychologist with 20 years of experience working with both people and groups. She specialises in women's and men's wellbeing as well as child and adolescent therapy. She is based in Brighton & Hove and currently sees individuals at Brighton Wellness Centre.

Dr Valentine completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Walsh University, United States in 1996 followed by her Master's degree in General Theoretical Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University, UK in 2002. In 2005 she became an Education Specialist in Professional Counselling after her training at Seton Hall University in the United States. She became a Chartered Counselling Psychologist recognised by the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in 2010. Dr Valentine completed her Doctorate in Psychology at California Southern University, United States in 2020 in addition to completing her EMDR training and ADHD/DIVA-5 certificate.
