Mrs Emily Russell

Mrs Emily Russell is a highly specialised chartered musculoskeletal and women's health physiotherapist. They are registered with the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists) and HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council). They qualified as a clinical Pilates Instructor via the APPI and Pilates is a key part of their clinical services. They have a particular clinical interest in male and female pelvic health and is an affiliate member of the POGP (Pelvic, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Physiotherapists) having completed postgraduate specialist training. They are also an abdominal therapy practitioner, using methods as taught by Dr Rosita Arvigo.
