Lucas Attwood is a Physiotherapist at Pure Sports Medicine Chancery Lane. He has been a qualified physiotherapist since 2017 and has extensive experience across various healthcare settings, including the NHS, private healthcare, and elite sports.

Specialising as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at the Royal Free, Lucas has managed a wide spectrum of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic pre and post-operative cases, and sports injuries for individuals ranging from less active to high-level athletes.

Lucas has been actively involved with multiple London-based professional football club academies, such as Leyton Orient, Watford, and Tottenham Hotspur FC. Currently, he dedicates part-time service to Arsenal FC, providing sports physiotherapy to young athletes within their academy. His football background equips him with skills in managing sports injuries, crafting comprehensive rehabilitation programs, from initial pitch-side assessment and treatment to return-to-play protocols. Lucas is enthusiastic about forward-thinking, evidence-based rehabilitation and injury prevention, particularly in relation to on-field performance and availability. His specific areas of interest include the lower limb and shoulder.

Lucas remains actively engaged in team sports, specifically football and cricket. A passionate skier, he is presently training for a marathon and a triathlon endurance event. He has a keen interest in all aspects of rehabilitation and training.
